EBOAGWU, CHUKWUMA NAPOLEON A Renowned Man of God and Corporate Leadership Expert Pastor (Dr.) Eboagwu Chukwuma Napoleon, born on January 11, 1970, is a distinguished minister, corporate leader, and seasoned entrepreneur with over 27 years of impactful experience in ministry and leadership. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Project Management from Federal University of Technology Owerri. He further earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and Global Economy from Don Bosco University, India. Dr. Eboagwu is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Project Contract and Facility Management (FCICPFM) and the Institute of Chartered Administrators and Researchers of Nigeria (FCARN). In recognition of his contributions to leadership and development, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate (D.Sc.) in Real Estate Management and Corporate Governance by European-American University, alongside a Pastoral Service Award for his outstanding dedication to ministry. In ministry, he has served faithfully in various leadership roles within Word Assembly Inc., including Global Directorate of Youth Ministry, Resident Pastor, and Regional Pastor. He currently serves as the Resident Pastor of Word Assembly Wisdom House, Warri. Beyond ministry, he is an accomplished real estate professional with over a decade of experience in procurement, development, and management. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Potters Homes Ltd and the Managing Director of PWAN Potters Business Concerns Ltd, a fast-growing real estate company in Nigeria. Dr. Eboagwu also contributes strategically as a member of the Board of Directors in several organizations, including P-Made Properties, Word Assembly Inc., Pottersville International School, and PWAN Potters Business Concerns Ltd. A prolific author, he has written four books and hosts a regular radio program titled “Upgrade” on Radio Delta, where he inspires individuals to discover and maximize their potential. He also convenes a bi-monthly Business and Entrepreneurial Seminar, equipping aspiring and established entrepreneurs with practical insights for sustainable growth. Widely respected for his integrity, vision, and leadership, Pastor (Dr.) Eboagwu is known as a transformational leader committed to service and societal development. With over two decades of experience spanning business and ministry, she has built a reputation as a thoughtful leader who combines strong entrepreneurial insight with deep emotional intelligence. She began her professional journey in the education sector over eighteen years ago, where she has served in various capacities including lecturing, institutional leadership, and the establishment of educational initiatives. Her passion for growth and learning later led her into the real estate industry, where she has operated successfully for the past eight years. Beyond her professional pursuits, Pastor Mrs. Eboagwu is deeply committed to ministry and personal transformation. For more than twenty years, she has actively contributed to faith-based work, empowering individuals and families. Through her podcast series Pinkville, which has been running for over two years, she continues to impact singles and married couples by addressing relationship dynamics and personal development. She is also a prolific author, having written four books centered on purpose, growth, and meaningful relationships—further reflecting her passion for empowering lives. Academically, she is a distinguished alumna of University of Ilorin, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from University of Port Harcourt and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Innovative Studies at University of South Wales in the United Kingdom.
